How Do I Pay?
The best way to make a payment for your purchase is to call it in- with a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card over the phone, or we can send you a faxed or scanned form via email, if you prefer to handle your purchase that way. Another way, is to wire the money directly from your bank- something we can also help you do from our end, with no problem at all.
And for those that wish to set up terms with us- desiring to make payments in the form of installments, just contact our customer service department (888-550-6889) and talk to one of our representatives who will be happy to guide you through the application process.
How About Shipping?
Depending on the size of your order, we ship UPS, UCL (trucking) & any other carrier of your choice (if you choose to schedule the shipment and pay from your end).
Returns & Refunds
Unless the merchandise you receive from us comes to you damaged, defective, mis-sized, or is the wrong order, we will not accept returned merchandise because of a change of heart, or because the merchandise is no longer selling. But for all those other reasons, we would be more than happy to honor your situation with a refund. Just send the merchandise back with its original packaging and we will assess it; providing the necessary follow-up and refund of your money.
